Conductor
Founder and Principal Conductor of the Valitov Symphony Orchestra (Vienna). In August 2023 he made a successful debut with the orchestra in the Golden Hall of the famous Musikverein and in November 2022 – at the Ehrbar Hall in Vienna, Austria.
Vasilii Valitov is a guest conductor of the Hamamatsu Philharmonic Orchestra (Japan), Seto Philharmonic Orchestra of Takamatsu (Japan), the Ecuador National Symphony Orchestra, the State Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra, the Moscow State Philharmonic Orchestra, the International Symphony Orchestra of CIS countries. Vasilii Valitov has toured successfully in France, Austria, Italy, Qatar, Japan, and Holland. He is a guest conductor at Moscow’s New Opera Theatre, the Mariinsky Theatre and the State Opera and Ballet Theatre of the Republic of Tatarstan. His repertoire includes more than 30 operas, including Tristan und Isolde and Lohengrin.
Artistic director of such international music festivals as the Talents of the Commonwealth, the Voice of Music and the Music of Children’s Hearts.
Vasilii teaches opera and symphony conducting at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory.
He graduated from the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatoire in oboe, opera and symphony conducting.
